Isabel Marant offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items purchased online within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Request a Return
Log in to your account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure all original packaging, including dust bags and authenticity cards, are included inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered or removed.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location and retain your receipt; once received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
